Guidelines For Submission

Use the following step-by-step instruction to guide you through the submission process.

Step 1
Register/Sign up in GDIID website.

Step 3

Submit abstract. LOA will be sent to participants after abstract review. Only 1 entry per submission.

Step 4
Upload your video to the cloud storage. Examples Drop Box, Google Drive,iCloud etc.

Step 5

Upload payment & submit link of your video presentation. Only 1 entry per submission.

(Please save the link provided after your submission for your later updates.*)

Step 6

Payment will be verified and video will be uploaded in the GDIID's YouTube channel

Step 7

Judging process by appointed experts. Participants should promote their video in GDIID YouTube channel to win the People's Choice Award.

Step 8

Announcement of the winners through email, website and GDIID YouTube Channel.

*PLEASE NOTE:
All extended abstracts will be reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical quality, and relevance to the competition. Please note that failure to follow the above instructions may result in your project being excluded from the competitions.
