CERTIFICATE

 

• Digital Certificate​​​

  • ALL participants will receive a Certificate of Participation in digital form sent via registered email.

 

• Winner’s Certificate

  • The Organizer will only print and post out the Winner’s Certificate.

  • Winner’s Certificate will be posted to the respective university’s address. The winner will be contacted for the full address soonest.

  • Certificates are printed based on the information given during registration.

• Typing Error

  • Should there be any typing errors on the certificate, please notify the Committee via email within 2 weeks of receiving the email and enclosed together the Letter Of Acceptance (LOA). The LOA will be used as a reference to determine the cause of error.

  • Please note that should the error is/are due to the wrong data entry during registration, additional fee RM 10 will be charged for the postage.

• Request for Additional Certificate

  • Additional certificates to winners can be requested by email not later than November 20, 2019 with RM 10 per piece. Any late request will not be entertained. The certificate will be posted to the address provided by requester.

​

• Payment for Certificate

  • All payments must be made to the treasurer's account by providing the ENTRY ID to facilitate the further process.

  • Proof of payment must be notified via email (urusetiagdiid2019@uitm.edu.my). Please refer to the following instructions for the details.

CASH PRIZE FOR THE WINNER

• Cash prize for the Platinum Awards and the People's Choice Awards will be credited to the winner’s bank account. The winner will be contacted for further details.
